EXTERNAL WOODWORK.- The exterior carpentry is made of 1ST QUALITY ALUMINUM, in a color to be chosen by the Project Management, with OSCILOBATIENT AND / OR SLIDING systems, depending on the situation and type of each window. All the exterior carpentry will be with DOUBLE CLIMALIT GLAZING, WITH BREAKING THE 4 + 16 +4 THERMAL BRIDGE. The windows and balcony doors will be provided with ALUMINUM THERMAL BLINDS, with a MONOBLOCK type built-in register, except for those considered by the Project Management due to the situation and type of the same.   INTERIOR CARPENTRY.- Entrance door to the house will be security in color finish (quality for exterior), with security lock, anti-lever hinges and optical peephole. The interior carpentry with doors in SOLID MDF, lacquered in white (or according to the Direction   Optional). The hardware and opening mechanisms are of the crank type in a matt chrome finish, with locks in the bathrooms. The flashing is the same finish as the doors, 7 cm wide and straight, smooth and without a miter. Built-in wardrobes are of the same finish as the interior doors and will be lined with the Monoblock system, internally lined with melamine imitation of the chosen carpentry, with a trunk-type shelf and hanging bar.   PAVEMENTS.- The floors in the kitchen and bathrooms will be made of top quality CERAMIC GRES or PORCELAIN (within those proposed by the contract). The general flooring of the house will be laminated flooring of 1st QUALITY, CATEGORY C5, with a finish chosen by the Project Management or the client, based on the contract's proposals.   COATINGS.- The bathroom and kitchen cladding will be up to the ceiling based on top quality CERAMIC GRES or PORCELAIN material (within those proposed by the contract), with matt steel corner pieces or matching the color of the chosen materials.   PARTITION.- The interior partitions of the house will be made of double plasterboard (13 + 48 + 13) and (13 + 13 + 48 + 13 + 13), composed of 13 mm thick solid plasterboard,   galvanized steel structure and thermal and acoustic insulation in all of them.   FALSE CEILINGS.- The ceilings of the entire house will be made of a galvanized steel structure and 10 mm thick Pladur plates, continuous in all rooms. Records will be placed in all the necessary areas, according to the Facultative Directorate.   KITCHEN ROOM.- The kitchen cabinets will be in WHITE LAMINATE or chosen color, with matt chrome handles or hidden handles, modern design or similar. The kitchen will be equipped with base and bench cabinets, drawers with telescopic guides with bearings, cushioned hinges, a dish-draining unit with trays for plates and glasses and tall units with shelves. The refrigerator space will have a side lining and a wardrobe in its upper part. The top will be made of HPL, in a gray glass finish, with both straight, or Compac, Silestone or similar material. The sink will be made of STAINLESS STEEL and mixer taps. The kitchen will be equipped with an independent DECORATIVE STAINLESS STEEL EXTRACTOR HOOD with a multi-speed motor and light. The kitchen will have the installation of washing machine and dishwasher, with drain, light point and water point. SANITARY APPARATUS AND TAPS.- Vitrified porcelain sanitary ware in white and high-quality chrome-plated single-lever and thermostatic taps. Modern line bathroom cabinet with mirror over sink. Screen or fixed glass of tempered, transparent or translucent glass.   PLUMBING INSTALLATION.- Installation of cold water and sanitary hot water in homes with multilayer polyethylene pipes at the option of the Facultative Directorate, according to current regulations.
